The List(s)

The 'must do' list' :

a. Put up baseboards and trim on main level.

b. Ceiling repairs on the main level (in process).

c. Hallway drywall repairs, living room window sill, master bedroom window sill.

d. Texture touchups on the dining room, master bedroom and living room walls.

e. Paint the hallway and dining room.

f. Paint main level interior doors and trim.

g. Paint ceiling on main level.

h. Touch up paint on walls in living room and master bedroom.

i. Replace front door.--Dave Jones

j. Clean and stage.

k. Put up plywood ceiling in the breezeway.

l. Scrape the eaves of the roof where paint is peeling.(done May 21st!)

m. Paint the eaves and the breezeway ceiling (DONE Sat. May 20th at 11 am).

n. Drywall in the basement needs to be repaired. There is a huge piece of drywall on the ceiling missing and then there are various holes that need to be patched with drywall. Only patch them for now and then if time allows we can come back and mud and tape them.

o. The siding needs to be repaired and trimmed and patched where necessary. (Dave Jones) There is also some caulking or patching needing to be done on the weather stripping on the picture window and little things like that.

p. Prime and paint the cabinet doors in the master bathroom.

q. ‘Pretty up‘ the basement fireplace by removing the fireplace screen and cleaning out the fireplace and arrange some logs in it.

r. We also need to stage the basement with getting all of our person stuff out and arranging furniture and an office.

s. The stairs need to be painted and a handrail installed.

t. The front stoop: the handrail is loose and needs to be attached to the house.—Dave Jones

u. Install an exhaust fan in the basement bathroom (hook up to existing vent).

v. Yard work: clean up and rake out second driveway, edge second driveway with rocks, I need to spray the weeds and do a little mowing before listing day (June 1st!),finish rock wall for bamboo, pile and bag sticks, remove renovation garbage from wood piles, lay gravel under garden bench.

w. Wash the outside of the house
